We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and professional Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. This role is responsible for leading the front office , ensuring an excellent patient experience, maximizing schedule productivity, supporting collections, good in treatment planning and presentation, sales, and maintaining efficient office systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mange day-to day administrative operations.
- Maintain an efficient and productive schedule.
- Reduce no-show, cancellations, and scheduling gaps.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and positive patient experience.
- Oversee phones, appointments confirmations, and front desk workflow.
- Present treatment plans and estimates with payment options.
- Support collections and account flow-ups.
- Coordinate insurance claims, benefits and verification.
- Monitor accounts receivable and overdue balances.
- Help achieve monthly production and collection goals.
- Conduct morning huddles and team meetings.
- Train, coach, and onboard team members.
- Improve treatment acceptance systems.
- Manage recall/reactivation systems.
- Track office KPIs including collections, production, schedule utilization, and patient flow.
- Maintain office policies and procedures.
- Support HIPAA/OSHA compliance and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous dental office management experience.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing ,and scheduling.
- Experience with dental software Dentrix.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
