We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and professional Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. This role is responsible for leading the front office , ensuring an excellent patient experience, maximizing schedule productivity, supporting collections, good in treatment planning and presentation, sales, and maintaining efficient office systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Mange day-to day administrative operations.
Maintain an efficient and productive schedule.
Reduce no-show, cancellations, and scheduling gaps.
Ensure smooth patient flow and positive patient experience.
Oversee phones, appointments confirmations, and front desk workflow.
Present treatment plans and estimates with payment options.
Support collections and account flow-ups.
Coordinate insurance claims, benefits and verification.
Monitor accounts receivable and overdue balances.
Help achieve monthly production and collection goals.
Conduct morning huddles and team meetings.
Train, coach, and onboard team members.
Improve treatment acceptance systems.
Manage recall/reactivation systems.
Track office KPIs including collections, production, schedule utilization, and patient flow.
Maintain office policies and procedures.
Support HIPAA/OSHA compliance and documentation.

Qualifications:

Previous dental office management experience.
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing ,and scheduling.
Experience with dental software Dentrix.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
